Port City Development Center and ProjectGrow announce our annual Harvest Festival 2014. Join us on Saturday, September 27th 2014 for performances by Portland indie-rock bands Smith & Burkett, The Fourth Wall and PWRHAUS along with square dancing, YouTube karaoke and special surprise guests! Snacks and refreshments courtesy of Grand Central Bakery and Tanager Coffee are available by donation and several food carts will be present. The Harvest Festival is a grand celebration of our rich community of artists, farmers and amazing supporters.
